Mind: Telling Yourself “So What” Will Help Heal Internal Wounds

Issue: Many of us struggle with regret, fear, uncertainty or what ever the case may be. Many of us set extremely high expectations and a thought of not achieving that may become crippling. Once our mind gets into gear and starts thinking negatively, it can spiral into danger zone.

Solution: Tell yourself “so what if …”

  • So what if I do not get to his/her level of spirituality.
  • So what if I cannot achieve that goal.
  • So what if I do not lose 10 pounds in two months.
  • So what if they do not like me.
  • So what if I do not get that salary.
  • So what if I do not discover my calling.

Conclusion: Try it but say it with meaning. You will notice immediate soul-soothing relief.
